Reduce Stress with Laser Therapy Treatment
Are you always “stressed out?” Are you ready to explode?
What is stress?
We live in a world where everyone is “stressed out.” What does this really mean, are we actually stressed? Life is tough and full of hassles, deadlines, tests, bosses, frustrations, love, war, and economic difficulties. For many people stress is so common that, “it’s just my life;” well, it doesn’t need to be.
There is good stress that keeps us on our toes, gives us adrenaline to get through presentations, exams, and helps keep us safe (known as the “fight-or-flight” syndrome). The bad stress occurs when your body is constantly running in emergency mode and then your body reacts negatively. At this point stress stops being helpful and starts to cause major damage to your mood, your quality of work, your relationships and your body.
In order to cope with stress, you need to learn how to recognize the triggers, symptoms, and effects on your body. Only when you recognize that your body is stressed can you start the repair process. Laser therapy will help you feel more relaxed, sleep better and will teach you how to deal with stress so that you can live a happier life.
How does stress affect the body?
There are three phases your body will go through:
- Your body releases adrenaline and your heart beats faster, this is caused by positive and negative stress.
- Your body will release stored fat and sugars to give you a surge of energy. At first you feel driven, then pressured and then exhausted.
- If you do not know how to deal with stress and anxiety, your body will continue to react negatively; you can develop a serious illness such as heart disease.

What does laser therapy include?
Laser therapy includes a package of two laser treatments with private consultations, two weeks apart, by a Certified Laser Technician, plus natural supplements to help you deal with stress, printed information, CD and on-going support.
How does laser therapy work?
A low-powered laser is used on specific areas on your ears, face, hands, legs, and feet. The mild tingling sensation during the treatment helps you relax within minutes. Then the major stress reduction and relaxation points are stimulated to help you feel calm; sleep deeper and longer. The laser also stimulates the release of endorphins – those natural ‘feel-good’ chemicals - so your mind and body can take a stress break, finally!
The focus of the treatments is to recognize and manage the negative effects of stress. Clients are encouraged to practise positive changes to reduce the negative effects of stress.
