You do not have to attend group meetings, miss work, or be away from your family. Most clients can quit with eight treatments over a two to three week period.

If you are ready to quit, the LCH Technique will make it faster and easier for you to control your addiction. The treatment helps to eliminate withdrawal and cravings, and includes in-depth counselling, an all-natural detox program, printed and audio materials, and  support for as long as you need us.

9 Tips to Help You Stop Drugs

  1. The most important step is to realize that you have a problem.
  2. Be sure you are ready to quit and that it's you making this decision.
  3. Ask someone you trust to be your support person while you are quitting. It should be someone who is reliable, who does not take drugs, and who wants you to quit.
  4. Make a list of all the negative ways the drugs are affecting your life.
  5. Make a list of all the ways your life will improve when you stop drugs.
  6. Think about when, where, and with whom you take drugs. Understand these triggers and stop spending time with other drug users.
  7. Ask the people who supply you with drugs to stop doing that, no matter how desperate you become.
  8. Get rid of any drugs you have in and around your home, clean your house well, rearrange some furniture, and even treat yourself to a few new decorations to give you a fresh start.
  9. Once you've started the LCH Technique treatment, keep yourself busy with projects, activities, and interests to create your new life. Introduce a healthy alternative whenever you feel the urge to take drugs. It could be as simple as drinking a tall glass of cold water, jumping rope for five minutes, sitting outside with your eyes closed and breathing deeply, or going for a walk along the beach or through the forest.
